To your point, I don't think tariffs have caused any sort of broad price increases as may have been suggested. But it's ridiculous to claim that the tariffs haven't caused an increase in prices subject to them, or that trump isn't at least partially responsible for the huge inflation rates we've experienced since COVID.

Dude, the massive inflation increase is squarely on the dems. Not that the new fucking bill Trump passed isn't going to make it worse, because it will.

Any price increases due to tariffs are minimal simply because there's not a lot of them enacted yet and it hasn't really been long enough for the other ones to hit. Daily consumer shit, groceries, gas, most consumables have remained about the same in my experience.

At any rate, Trump sure as fuck isn't a fiscal conservative, but it's more than a little stupid to drone on about it as if it is any different than the shit we were already used to under the Biden administration.
