I’m sure I’m over thinking it, but God isn’t conditional to me. If we are using his rules as a guide to govern a country, you can’t then turn around and litigate around Gods same words.

Like let’s take guns. God given right to bare arms. Say @JDs Couch wanders down from Canada and wants to buy a gun in America. I’m guessing he could not, right? He would have to thumb it back to the tundra being denied his God given inalienable right to protect themselves in their pursuit of happiness.

If we use Gods guidance to make the rules, who are we to deny a human his rights? Make sense?

Having a desire to retain the demographics of the culture and country you were born in and preferring monoculturalism is not racism. I have no hatred for anyone of other races. I just don't want to live with them. I'd prefer to visit their own countries for a different experience on holidays. Not experience it in my own country.

I don’t think the framers were using gods words at all.

I also don’t think the framers intended for the gun laws that keep Canadians from buying guns here to exist. I mean shall not be infringed meant shall not be infringed to them.

Not the majority, but disproportionately represented based on population. That's not the same thing.

Whites are responsible for the majority of gun deaths in America. Blacks are disproportionately represented as a percentage of the population in gun deaths compared to whites, but they are also nearly twice as likely to be victims of gun violence. It's just not cut and dry. I think it's a very complex problem without easy answers.
