I was referring to the relative success (or failure) of African countries and pointing to cultural differences as a cause.

In Africa they are lucky to work out how to build infrastructure to achieve running water let alone work out how to manufacture guns and be able to afford them.

They can't even run farms and I read they are asking white people back to run them. Pathetic.

I don’t think they were inferring those rights only existed for Americans bro. They believed they were natural rights. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In the absence of the ability to draft a binding system of government recognizing those rights for all of humanity should they have just said fuck it ?
