The intercepted category includes "either peacefully by hungry people" or "forcibly by armed actors."
They should break down the data further. Either way it doesn't say who or how many armed actors. It could very well be 1% of the population, terrorizing the 99%. I guarantee that whoever it is, they are not looked at favorably by the people starving in Gaza...
The x post also only compares intercepted to collected, while excluding the offloaded and arrived categories. I don't know why. If you add those, you get about a third of aid is intercepted.
I think the website is intentionally designed to be misleading as well, not clearly organized or defined, so all in all I won't complain.

It may not be an exact street for street comparison, but the photos are definitely real before and after Gaza. Search them with Google Lens.FWIMBW the roads in those comparison pics don't match up even remotely.
