Sure sure. I guess Perry Mason is your idea of a banger eh ? Or Mama I'm Comin' Home ? That shit is all fucking lame. Pussy rock. Other than the guitar solos it doesn't even qualify as metal. Fuckin' Ratt is harder than that bullshit. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
Go look up Ozzy sales from blizzard to speak vs the rest of his career....... then go back to OTC

Again with the sales. 🙄. Taylor Swift out sold all of it. So did Billy fucking Joel. It just proves people en masse are robots who like pussy music.

And I’ll go wherever the fuck I want. Go fuck yourself.

And without those first two albums and Bob and Randy, we would have stopped hearing about Ozzy at all in about 1982.

Angry old man bullshit basically sums up FloydEye.

JD's crotch managed to crawl out of OT; and just as bitter, hating and wrong as usual. May want to keep that, and your vitriol, in OT.

It doesn’t stand out from any of the other stupid shit hair bands in the 80s were doing. It sure as fuck isn’t on par with anything off the first 3 albums.

Food for thought.

I can’t fight this feeling outsold Golden Country and Roll With the Changes.

Armageddon it outsold Bringin’ on the Heartache.

I’m not positive but I would guess Lick it up outsold just about everything pre Dynasty. I was made for lovin you outsold She, Black Diamond, 100,000 Years etc.

Sales don’t mean shit. Some record company picks a radio friendly unit shifter and that’s what hits the radio. A bunch of 13 year olds buy the shit and magically it’s the best thing they ever produced ?

Obviously I don’t have a crystal ball and can’t say with any certainty that Ozzy would have been fucked without Randy Rhoads, but that’s my opinion. And it’s as valid as anyone else’s . And I know I’m not alone

You know, other than Uriah Heep fans and Gary Moore fans.
And Randy was already very well known in LA, including by EVH, before he went with Ozzy. It's insane to think no one would ever have heard of him without Ozzy.

I would put No More Tears on par with Blizzard and Diary easily, in terms of songwriting. And it’s easily the best produced album of the lot. Bark at the Moon I would say is the worst of the first 7 Ozzy albums, but the title track might be the single greatest piece of 80s metal guitar work.

I've relistened to those early Ozzy albums over the last couple of weeks and have to agree. No More Tears is a really good sounding album with excellent songs throughout. It's on par with the Rhoads and Lee albums. In fact, those first six albums are all on par IMO. I prefer the first two a little bit for the songs, riffs, and leads, but that's personal preference. I can't say they're better, and in fact their recording has some issues.

I haven't listened to anything post No More Tears. Maybe I should go do that.

Breaking all the Rules might just be Ozzys heaviest song, and yeah also Perry Mason. But just because it has a catchy hook doesn't mean it's pussy shit rock.

Objectively spekaing the Perry Mason chorus is better and catchier than say the chorus in "Believer". Not saying the song as a whole is better though. But def not pussy shit.

Waiting for Darkness is heavy and haunting def not pussy shit. Facing Hell is heavy as shit and not pussy at all.

Last time I reply to you ... as I said very few would have heard of Bob's work in heep, and yes more would have known him from Gary Moore, but gary was "the name" so fuck all people would dig deeper into who helped write the songs. And yes randy was known in part of LA but ZERO PEOPLE had heard of him outside of LA ... there is a world outside of LA and America. And just FYI..the Randy QR albums were never sold outside of Japan until well after he died
