It takes effort to listen to Bark at the Moon, and I am really only in the mood when it is raining. I really like Centre of Eternity, though. I dig the lyrics, and it has a fire breathing guitar soloPeople dig Ozzy because he had three of the best metal guitarists ever, and because of Ozzy’s voice, melodies and personality. I’ve never heard of anyone say it was the bass lines pulling them in. I mean maybe that’s why people shit on Ultimate Sin? It was the only Ozzy album to not have Bob or Geezer on bass until 2001.Then again the most iconic bass line in any Ozzy tune was written by Mike Inez so who the hell knows.
I would put No More Tears on par with Blizzard and Diary easily, in terms of songwriting. And it’s easily the best produced album of the lot. Bark at the Moon I would say is the worst of the first 7 Ozzy albums, but the title track might be the single greatest piece of 80s metal guitar work.

Revelation Mother Earth, I Don't Know, SATO or Diary of a Madman. Name a song off NMT that's as good as any of those.

Mike Inez's riff is cool. The song sucks. And as cool as that riff is it's not even close to the same plateau creativity wise or any other wise to the bass on Diary. Take an hour and listen to Diary and only pay attention to the bass. And again, let's not forget that Bob ( and Randy) wrote those songs.

Believer has a cool bass riff. Other than that I struggle to recall any bass playing on the album that stands out… it’s all about the guitar and vocals. The performances on Tribute are better than the album tracks anyway, and those are with Rudy and Tommy.
Randy Rhoads? Possibly the greatest of his kind. Bob Daisley? Good work with Ozzy throughout the 80s. Honestly the fact that you’re overlooking that Bob wrote BATM, Ultimate Sin and NRFTW says a lot here. As great as you say he is, it seems like the biggest factor for you is Randy not Bob. So why argue Bob is some sort of secret genius when you write off over half his work with Ozzy?
Sharon found him hiding under the piano with a gun and bloody knife fried out on coke. Years earlier he shot all his chickens and burned the coop down. He also knocked Sharon’s front teeth out, gave her black eyes, cheated on her, tried to strangle her to death, beat his first wife and her son, neglected his children with her not even remembering their birthdays, threw live pigs in boiling vats and other crazy shit working in the abattoir, flicked the eyeballs off of live lobsters, punched Randy Rhoads in the face, smeared his own shit on hotel room walls, shit in the ice machine in hotels, pissed on the Alamo, and bit the head off a dove.
It’s Ozzy, the man was not a saint, he was an alcoholic drug addict with all that came with it.

And yeah, no doubt Randy was a big reason why those songs on the first two albums far exceed anything he did after.

Bon Died in February .. Blizzard came out in September... Blizzard was recorded in March/April 1980 .. so the fact your "facts" are completely wrong on the timeline pretty much means anything you say is worthless
