Well, the hummingbirds and gold finches don't think the globe is warming. They fittin' ta bail out for the equater homies.
They are probably just trying to escape from America.

Not a chance. They all love me. I am the bird whisperer bro. I have a family of what I thought was four, but I found out tonight is five, pileated woodpeckers who live on my property. Hairies, downeys, red heads, red bellies. Along with a million other cool ass birds. I got feeders and bird baths coming out my ass and probably drop a couple hundo every month on suet and bird seed. They would all stay here all year ( some do, like the woodpeckers) if they could. When it gets down to around 50 overnight hummingbirds, gold finches, indigos and a bunch of other cool ones head south. They are probably just trying to escape from America.![]()

Got all that too. And coyotes, groundhogs, squirrels ( gray and fox) and an occasional bobcat.Sounds awesome. Meanwhile we have deer, bunnies and one stubborn skunk who we cannot evict from our property.

The skunks are great. Cute as fuck. I don't have dogs running around outside being dogs so the skunks don't bother us. My property is more or less a sanctuary from the fucking stray cats. I chase cats out. I don't hurt them I just throw shit at them, intentionally missing them, but scaring them. I love cats, I have cats of my own. I just think people need to keep them inside. Little murderous fuckers.
Groundhogs are supremely destructive. I would keep them out from under the porch if possible.Yup, yup. I'll never forget the day 6 baby groundhogs crawled out from under our porch, one after the other. We have a few stray kitties but the biggest problem is neighbors letting their dogs get out. I've picked up at least a half dozen over the years and returned them to their homes.
Well, we've run the table on animal love, I guess.![]()
Feral cats are the single largest cause of wild-animal and bird deaths in Australia.I love cats, I have cats of my own. I just think people need to keep them inside. Little murderous fuckers.
Preach, brother. But telling the truth doesn't fund a political parties agenda. Same shit here in the states.... Just follow the money.
It will devolve into the same thing. It always does. Finally, the thread that will solve the anthropogenic climate change question once and for all.
Just looked up the stats at a gubment website:Feral cats are the single largest cause of wild-animal and bird deaths in Australia.
I've forgotten the stats but they're mind-boggling.
Carbon dioxide must be more of a problem 'though 'cause that's all we hear about.
I did not, I was talking to Dan about Global Warming. You did. What's the most critical and observed evidence that supports anthropogenic climate change?

Speaking FrenchWhat do you mean wee, do you have a mouse in your pocket?
Sort of.I also remember being warned that if we keep drilling for oil, we were going to run out.
Not true, I believe in Climate Change.
I wouldn't argue that the climate changes here 4 times a year.
