Im down from work for a while, im wanting to start making some custom plugs for my pedal board. I like the looks and size of square plugs, anyone use these? I also see people using mogami 2319 wire? Is this about what I should be looking to buy, or is there something better, easier to use, etc. Any help appreciated.
By square plugs do you mean these?

I get these from Analog.man everytime I buy pedals. But I seen these same plugs on other cables. Probably the most streamlined ones I seen before yet, and they're very good quality and sturdy. I been using these for fifteen, twenty years now without a hitch, and they work great on pedalboards or to jumper channels on Marshall and Fender amps.

Yes sir! I ordered a pile of the right angle ones, ans a pile of the mini straight ones, and lots of wire. I'll probably put two pedal board together. I will solder all my own to make it look as clean as possible.

All of mine are the SP400 rght angled little ones. I don't happen to have any pedals where the straight are useful. Cutting them to perfct size and solering them up solid by hand will make your board super-clean wired and professional looking. Also, minimal excess wire length ensures the best signal transfer possible.

Oh those 600s look very nice indeed!
I ordered some of these straight ones, mostly the sp400 right angle ones in black though. Red and white wire.

Pic is my board, im gonna add an isolated power supply to it, and probably a bunch more pedals. Completely undecided on the three rack spaces as of now. Definitely open for some suggestions on those.
Holler at @griff10672 I think he makes cables in addition to cool little noise boxes…. Plus Wayne has peanut butter legs…. Smooth, brown and easy to spread…. Just sayin…🤪

Playing around with some layouts. Still unsure of what pedals I will actually use yet. I may want to add a tuner pedal, probably junction box to run to the fx loop. Maybe an Aby pedal if its possible.

I see the issue you are having. I would draw out what needs blocked together on paper.

Your FX loop pedals, they have to stay blocked no matter what, so build around those.

Your preamp pedals with be much more malleable as far as where they can be positioned and such.

Looks like you pretty much have it figured though with how versatile the power supply setup is.
