Nah this is just b-roll from when he did the Petrucci/Abasi/Townsend interview a couple years back when they all toured together. Dev was off taking a shit or he’s probably off camera with headphones playing some trippy shit with a fuckton of delay and reverb. Edit- scrolled back up just to see him walk in. There’s another clip like this where Dev says “You were the guy who knew all the VH licks in high school” to Petrucci. Edit #2- I think this is the same video, just posted on Beato’s 2nd channel.
