The previous owner swapped out the Gibson pickups for Seymour Duncan JB and 59 combo. Sounds great!!! He also upgraded the tuners to locking Grover’s. It has a 60s neck. Frets are like new. It has MONSTER TONE!!! It’s about 9.5 lbs.

Congratulations.

I’m probably among the minority here. The silver burst doesn’t trip my trigger. I know there is a cult like following too.

But different flavors for different folks 🤘

Man what a bitchin Les Paul. Congrats man that thing looks great to be 5 years old and I’m sure the pickup combination screams.

Personally I like a Duncan distortion more than a JB and I like a PAF pro or Air Norton over a 59. Different kicks for different people though!

How does it play? Is this your only LP?

It plays great dude. The neck is kinda thin but it’ll be ok. This is my current LP lineup.

That wine red heritage is badass

I don’t mind thin necks on a Les Paul IF and only if the neck doesn’t get sticky when it gets warmed up after playing it a while. I hate that - makes your thumb stick like glue.
