That’s insane no matter when you do itWizard 100watt. Put the master to noon. Trust me
Ive had a Katana Head for several years. It is a great amp once you get in and tweak the software.I'm going to eventually get a Katana and I have a 5150-III. Great, light, backup amp for me. Those things sound great.
How does that speaker sound? I've always been curiousI’ve got a Katana head. It’s got a built in speaker that is good for very low volume practicing.
It’s fine to me, but I’ve never cranked it up or anything. The key to getting a good sound out of the amp stock (I’m too dumb to mess around with the software and all that) is to run the gain, presence, and top end very moderately. The amp has what can be a very cutting tonality to it that can be too much with speakers that are already bright. How does that speaker sound? I've always been curious
When I lived in a tiny studio apartment I used a Mesa MKIII Coliseum and 2 4x12 cabs.!00 watt Superlead
