Haha, same boat. I actually had a Pink Taco that I just sold, couldn’t bond with it. My GAS tells me I want a Friedman but no clip or video has really sold me on taking plunge again.

These guys have summed it up. The MT15 is closer to an Archon than a SLO. Does high gain fantastic but just different.

Been around for several years, similar concept to what Randall did many years ago. Big difference is they’ve signed up big names to design their own preamp modules that can be licensed.

De lisle amp switcher, those guys rock and don’t get enough credit for their gear. Great choice!

Ah, gotcha. I ask because I have a VC and am looking at the MTL for the higher gain tones. Not sure id part with the VC because it truly does it’s own thing within the Plexi sound (if that makes sense)

Nice, debating picking one up myself. I have an ironball and seems the big difference with the fireball is it has a lot more saturation, while the ironball may be a bit tighter.

That is just your typical price for someone who is just casting their fishing line out and seeing what they will get. It’s gotten more common recently for sure. Agreed, that or telling the wife that he’s trying hard to sell it.
