Wow, you have gain on 2 oclock on the second clip (if I can see it correctly)? Did you change the preamp tubes for that? Mine is super saturated with that setting. I'd say I have to dial in around 11 to get the gain of your clip. Or do you dialed down the volume on that (very cool) nice Ibanez?

:thumbsup: Very nice again! The sad thing with Larry clips is that (of course) you can’t experience the force and dynamics they have when you experience them cranked in the room. But that’s a given of course. But a part of the magic. What speakers did you use with the 2nd channel in this clip?

As far as I know the current in the Australian net is going up to 260V in some places to deal with the long distances. If you live far in the outback that could be a problem. I have read of tube amps dying because of that (esp old European build for 220V before we went up to 230V). Probably not...

I miss him a lot. Crazy how much his music does for me. Such a shame he had to go so early. \m/

Super interested in one. I've always LOVED the sound of Eat'em and Smile and would hope it sounds close to that modded Marshall. I know the old M1000 has some issues and actually caught fire sometimes. Does anybody know what the issue with that 1000s was and if it is fixed with the 2000?
