If you're looking for something you can pick up locally, check out the EVH 2x12. I've been impressed with every one I've played through.
If you're willing to order, Port City for sure.
I've run my sig through a whole mess of different cabs/speaker combos and I actually like it best with greenbacks. To me it gives the amp a bit more character vs v30s or p50s. My usual setup at home is a port city 2x12 loaded with Lynchbacks and it screams.
How heavy is the guitar? My favorite 570 (1987) is on the heavier side and does not mesh at all with the TZ - just sounds muddy, I've got a Suhr Aldrich in there now and it's perfect. I have a couple other, lighter RG's that did pretty well with that same pickup though.
I've got woodstocks in my Custom Shop Strat - agree that they sound absolutely killer. My only complaint is that they take a while to dial in in terms of pickup height - very finicky in that regard vs your standard single coils. Magic though once you find the sweet spot.
The VHT/Fryette Sig:X is far and away the most dynamic modern amp I've ever played. Actually takes some getting used to since it doesn't compress nearly as much as other modern heads when the gain is cranked - it's not an amp that hides mistakes.
Insightful post from Steve Fryette explaining the difference between the Mesa V30 and the Chinese V30:

I guess this depends on your definition of cheap, but people are dumping the Eleven Rack these days in the $300 range, and as far as modelers go it's a killer unit.
I have a Creamback and a V30 loaded in a Port City 2x12 and it screams. Each of the 2 speakers sounds very different miked (I usually end up miking the Creamback), but the overall room tone is huge.
Give Jay Kolanda a call - he's based out of Nashville and was an Artist Relations/Custom Shop luthier at Gibson. He knows his stuff. http://www.ntlguitar.com/
Also second the Gary Brawer recommendation if you decide to ship the guitar. He is amazing.
I wired up a 4x12 for a buddy once as a self-enclosed WDW rig, the bottom two drivers were a 2x12 for the dry signal and each of the top drivers took a single in for the wet signal. He was playing a rackmounted Mesa Mark IV and using a G-Force into a Mesa 20/20 for the FX. Was an awesome...
