OMG!!
You've got it! Return of the Rug Beater!!!
Now when these become antiques, my wife will buy them for $$$$ in junk shops and hang 'em all over my walls!!!
Keep the sweep real low, like 1 or 2. Don't be afraid of the EQ pots, the best tone is very high on these settings to your taste. Don't scoop mids too much, they seem to derive most of their power in the mids, only as much on the Gain as you really need, too much Gain and Presence and they can...
What did you try them in??
I replaced my stock Wolfgang pups with Tone Zone / Air Zone, and they're awesome. I tried a couple of other DiMarzio models that didn't do it for me, and DiMarzio was super nice about exchanging them until I was happy. (That's their warranty)
So I'm thinking maybe...
Wow, thanks for the compliments, guys!
The pickups are Bare Knuckle; Cold Sweat in the neck and Nail Bomb in the bridge. The zebra covers are reversed, so the pickups are right I think. I've been playing Peavey Wolfgangs for so long, I just had to have the covers reversed like that or it would...
Anyone try these bridges? I'm thinking of picking up this hardtail for a mahogany dinky strat project.
Thanks

Are you just basically looping the pedals or are you wanting to program amp switching patches as well?
If you're just looping, I've had a Voodoo Lab pedal switcher for about a month and it actually sounds more transparent than the 3PDT loopers. Closest sound to straight in that I've tried so far.
