Dude, that is really nice. A bunch of us can do clean builds, but your are always next level clean. The heaters look killer. The ground buss is sweet. Been wanting to try it that way for a long time but keep doing it Larry style.
One thing that bugs me is the buss wire from the speaker switch...
The comp can be on either side of the pre. Even a 2nd one for both sides. Depends on the tone you want. You have to experiment.
Running the comp parallel with that splitter might be cool too.
My goofball buddy and I are waiting in line for one of those guitar solo contest at a bar. Two dudes in front of us are talking about Floyds. My buddy butts in and goes "Fuck that, Kahlers are the the best" and does a big divebomb. ALL SIX strings flew out of the saddles. It was hilariuous! THey...
We did successfully use .010s on my bro's Ovation tuned to standard. I filed the bridge and nut as low as I could. He wanted a shredder, and it's cool.
I'd rather have the 12's on mine for the tone.
I have a home made Bassman 1x12 combo. Used it a lot at rehearsals. Really sounds good. Hung in there easily with power tom drums and full stack of bass and 2nd guitar.
It's the same size as the regular head shell but is around 24" tall with around 17" of that being a sealed back speaker cab...
Mojotone has some quiet coils that seem pretty nice. I tried them a NAMM in a junior. The amp was kind of clean. They had a good bite and clarity.

I just did this last night. You have to add the path and Reaper needs to scan for the new plugin.
Control + P for Preferences
Scroll down to VST
There's a line that has the paths to all of your plug ins. You can add the path manually by going to the edit button, or the auto-detect works...
My practice spot is my garage workbench. I have a computer with Reaper, EZ Drummer, cheap monitors, and a NI KA6 USB interface 2-in / 4-out. With 4 outs you can use a reamp box without unplugging your speakers.
I just finished a little wet/dry practice combo rig. I run through the computer...
CTS long shaft are the typical choice.

If you pay the extra couple bucks for Emerson or Mojo (CTS pots) they might be sorted for good taper and closer to 500K tolereances. The ones that I had measured between 440K and 560K. That could make...
The ones I saw were built turret board style. Like a '69 or '70 Marshall. Super easy to mod. Make it what you want it to be.
It did look like really nice quality.
The pots should be 500K. If they are decent and the taper is nice you can reuse them.
I usually don't add the treble bleed cap / resistor. YMMV.
I did a .001 (i think) tone cap recently that works good on a super bright tele. Experiment there. I really never use the tone knob, but this was...
That should be fine. Does it have a tube rectifier? If so, you shouldn't exceed the max value on the data sheet for the first node. If you ran the 50/50 paralleled it would probably be a little much.
