If by changed, yes, there is a global toggle, old sound or new. Most people like the new tones better but if you have been tweaking then you probably wont like change.

In all seriousness apparently Kemper and crew found a bug in their profiling algorithm which basically jacked the bass frequencies too much resulting in profiles with too much bass (surprising I know). They fixed it in this firmware and there is a global fix as well as fixes for future...

Just curious if anyone uses H30s and if they find the bass a bit lacking compared to say v30s. Wondering what a fellow can do to boost that bass response while keeping that sweet mid and upper end. Seems like just upping the bass control on my Marshall doesn't really give it the wallop that...

I have only one thing to add here. Yes the VHT will knock your face off and sounds pretty much dead on to a tube amp(duh it is tubes). It will color the tones a bit. If you want the kemper to compete with a tube amp you need a lot of wattage and a large sub. Im taking 600+ RMS clean...

you TOTALLY nailed that recorded VH tone.. I've heard no one get closer with the Kemper aweosme!

The Kemper has no lag switching between presets.. this is an artifact of your midi controller and can be fixed.

Without having your exact DAW interface its impossible to tell you what to do. Basically though, it sounds like your interface is routing the SPDIF IN back through the SPDIF OUT creating a feedback loop.

I bet all you need to do is long hold the INPUT and select the SPDIF Input.
