How can you possibly compare guitar playing today today, with someone from back in 1969? and also the tone comparison? You don't do that unless you're just trying to be negative...as there's no valid/reasonable argument or comparison. For example, you don't see indy cars from 1969 on the track...

It's no modern amp, so to hear that "metal" guitar players are fond of the BE-100, well, may be it is the best amp ever. yes, smiling.... what else do yo have/own/know that does that to ya?

walnut can be flattering, but wowza, that piece of wood looks like a cut of precious stone. The depth is ridiculous! ....and I like old nitro sunburst painted wood things....
