anyone out there with any reasonably legit remedies that have helped them with their tinnitus?
( those who still play at decent volume...)

There's a new study that says coffee may reduce it, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.

eeeeashhh, I can't do the caffeine personally....oh well.

You find an answer let me know!! Only thing I have found that works is to really limit my exposure to loud sounds and wear plugs ALWAYS while playing out now days. Really SUCKS getting OLD !

my dark passenger. i would feel lonely without it.....

my doc said what's done is done here. nothing much to do about it, other than preventing it from getting worse.
