Most definitely will. Just play clean with zero effects or gain for a week and note the difference. Shit, practice on an Acoustic with 12 gauge strings and note the difference when you hop back on an electric.

I tend to stretch my wrist back and use some compression if the pain lasts several days. When I'm in dire need of relief, I use extra strength Tiger Balm. It smells horrible but it does the trick for me. I keep some in the case just in case I need it during jams/gigs.

I used to love SAT with BE engaged. I use mostly C45 with BE then hit HBE for boost/solos. Fat is cool with Humbuckers if the bass is turned down a bit.
