Detune Effect with Mono Setup
Another option is to save up more and get an Eventide Pitchfactor. It will recognize and compensate for a mono signal. As a bonus the delays aren't bad with it either.- PlayAndersons

Mint Friedman BE100. It is a great sounding amp that has been updated to 2016 specs with all the latest updates including the Steve Stevens clean channel.
