It’s 20 degrees, so the Ooni is tucked away in the garage. I took a stab at a Detroit style pizza. I don’t like a lot of sauce, but that can be worked around. I don’t bake, so I explicitly followed the directions. The dough simply didn’t rise (yes, I checked the dates…)
