EDIT: I saw this posted at the Marshall Forum

Part of a series of 5 1 watters from each decade for their 50th Ann.

Very cool concept if these are for real.. a little 1 watt amp priced properly would be great for cranked recorded tones. A mini JCM800, sweet! Not sure how many vales we are talking about here though.. one preamp and one output ?

Those are awesome. They should sell the heads as a 5-pack...

I was psyched about the JVM and 800 'til I read they're a limited run of 150 heads in each style so odds are they'll sell out crazy fast then go for silly money on ebay.

My God. I am interested in the JVM and JCM heads. However Marshall gets it right finally, but when they get it right, they fail at doing it with the 150 limit on each.

What size of speaker is in the combos???

These look cool, but once again the features are cut on the 1watt amps. I think a 1 to 5Watt JVM2 channel with all the features would be cool. When are these coming out?

So stupid to limit it to such a low quantity. What the heck.

Nice. I can't understand the numerus closus.
Where did you find that information?

Cute... now if they were priced like say, the Blackheart amps... they'd move thousands of units...

But theyll be $1000.... I guess...

Get a Baron snot Watt...10x the amp....

I am extremely interested, but I am expecting the price and availability to be something that will hurt the success of these amps.

How long did marshall make the silver jubilee for and how many did they produce?

If they are 1 watt, they must have a single (EL84?) output tube, seems it would sound very different from its EL34 family tree...
I still want one of each

Apparently ( going by hear say) a member of the marshall forum had his local marshall dealer contact him and say these amps will be $649 and up. If that is the case I am 99.9% not interested. Time will tell though and will have to see what marshall says officially.

yep, but relative to the cost of jvm, or any 50w or 100w marshall still expensive( regardless of where). The reason for this I am sure is the fact they are a limited run. They would otherwise be more or less in the same price point as a Class 5.

I figured they would use a 12AX7 as an output tube. I think that is how the blackstar HT-1 is doing it.

IMO anything over 200 euros is too much for something like that. Unless they sound absolutely incredible recorded.

The JVM 100watt and 50watt heads sag a lot when cranked hard, so i can't see a 1watt JVM sounding all that good
