If I lose gasoline, how will I wash my cruddy, greasy hands?

Everything is made of plastic. Plastic=oil. Petrochemicals aren't going anywhere until they invent a superior plastic that doesn't require oil. So by default everyone would go with gas vehicles. This is why they want to force it. All it will do is make used gas vehicles worth a bunch of money or if not due to artificially regulated fuel prices people will start car pooling and splitting fuel costs more. Some people will refine their own fuel. There are tutorials and vids on youtube detailing various methods. Regulaton will fuel criminal enterprise and more environmentally unsound means of producing the needed juice.
Remember the videos of people making their own bio diesel from used McDonalds fryer grease?
I don't want to do that.

totally agree about your plastics point.

I will not own an electric car nor will I ever allow one to be parked within 100ft of my driveway. Auto manufacturers only know how to cut costs and you can’t do that with electricity and still maintain safety. Everything is too unregulated right now and firefighters can’t even put out the damn things if they go ablaze. I’m also not willing to charge my car for hours at a time in the middle of nowhere when it’s so unsafe to be out in public at all anymore. Plus I value my time. Plus when EV cars need a new battery every 100,000 miles insurance companies aren’t paying out as it’s considered normal degradation. Why on earth would you throw that kind of money in the trash on purpose for that short of a period? EVs are wasteful, inefficient in extreme temperatures which get worse as they age, are unreliable, are impossible to repair yourself, track everything you do and sell your data, and are a safety nightmare. I’ll keep my dumb gas powered car I can wrench on for as long as I possibly can.

Please stop telling truths..........It's so inconvenient for the Great Reset/Stakeholder 1% World Takeover.................Klaus Schwab may pay you a visit for your impudence.......;)

You left out toxic for the environment on battery disposal and mining land destruction, slave/child labor to mine the cobalt/lithium...., 5-7 year battery replacement that costs another $35,000-50,000 after you already paid 75-80K on the initial purchase if you want to keep it driving or want to trade it in.

AAAAAAAND last but not least with all the lithium being used up what are the psychopaths/schizophrenics going to take for medications????????

What’s even more scary about them is that you could run over something as simple as a long bolt on the road that could puncture your tire and then the battery of an EV. They weigh so much the battery cells must be placed low to the ground to maintain a reasonable center of gravity. That one puncture could start a fire, and when your electric vehicle that needs electricity to open or close doors or do anything for that matter loses power because it’s on fucking fire due to something as dumb as road debris, it could literally end your life and anyone else in the car with it. Did I mention that studies have found other car safety measures for vehicles and collision containment aren’t rated for the low center of gravity but immense weight of electric cars? Barriers are failing to contain them in the event of accidents which means it’s more than just charging infrastructure that must be updated to adopt them as a legitimate replacement. Everyone only sees dollars and cents of profit and don’t give a damn about your life or safety as a driver or your house if they spontaneously combust due to a single cell failure.

I support synthetic fuel development and nuclear solutions. Pour investments into harnessing fusion power. Batteries belong in toys not cars.

I've got one neighbor with two fucking Teslas who also installed recharging units in his garage. Plus another owner across the street. It pisses me off when they're all recharging at once, causing my wall voltage to dip to 115V which messes with my tone

Preach brother.

I hate electric cars AND the electric car guy… so there.
Well, at least you're consistent Paul.

I would never own a gas powered car. Hydrogen sucks. I use petrol. ;-)
