Yeah, I always thought that there would be no way that a od pedal could harm an amp. Figured it was impossible or an old wives tail. Since I have heard that the exception is the Marshall major which can blow up when pushed with pedals. OD pedals will kill this amp in a heart beat, so no pedals for this beast.
I could get more gain out of it if I mod the preamp circuit, but I don't want to mess with it.
It had a PPIMV in it when I got it, all I had to do with hook it up.
