Surprisingly, I thought the tonezone may have edged out the AT-1 with the way you dial and tweak your circuits. For rythm I liked the tone and i know you pride yourself on going straight in but I think some of your lead licks could benefit from added sustain and compression you might get from boosting with an overdrive. It will bring out the tapping licks a bit more. Just my opinion though. All the VH cats will love it (I do too don't get me wrong)

No, I'm not using any boost pedals or EQ's.

Just guitar cord and amp. (straight in)

I modded both amps with a PPIMV and a couple of circuit tweaks.

Wow, thats more gain that i woulda thought possible straight in.
