Thank you Danno.

I appreciate ya taking the time to check out the clip.

Killer playing Michael!

I'm thinking a little too bright for me, probably those TAD tubes?

First video was good....

2nd video was awesome!

Thank you.
Yeah I like the 2nd clip better as well.
I think Andy was right, the first clip was too bright sounding.
I like the lead tone in the first clip though. :)
I think the problem was I had the mic to close to the dust cover in the first clip.
The 2nd clip I moved the mic back about half way between the rim of the speaker and dust cover.
It seems to be a sweet spot when miking this amp.
I also added a little more depth by turning up volume II a bit, it kinda bleeds into channel I and adds some lows to the sound.
Man, your clips always sound killer. I liked both I bet they would kill in a mix. You seem to tweak those things constantly, and they always sound a bit sweeter. Are you going to build your own design at some point?

I agree, better in the second clip. Mic placement is a science - move an inch over, and you get a different amp!

Yip, this is true.

I seems the closer you go to the dust cover, the brighter the tone gets.

Anyways, greatly appreciate your feedback on the clips Bro.

Rippin' playing and amazing Marshall tone right there. Nicely done, sir.

I like the first clip much better than the second.. the tone on the 3rd clip is f.ing awesome.
can I ask what mods have been done to the superbass does it have a master volume and which type is it and are there any other mods like tone stack etc, the superbass amps are usually shared cathode so is it still shared or did you change it to split cathode and did you alter the Negative feedback on the amp

If this is too bright, it sounds like you're going to want a 47K slope resistor in your amp over the 33K.

A 470pF/47K tone stack will thicken the tone up, meatier bottom end and thicker leads.

Question - can I keep the 560pf cap I just put in, and replace the 33k slope resistor with a 47k? I tried the amp out last night, and it may be a little too bright.

560pf should be close enough, you can always change it later. After the 47k slope (or even 56k) you can always play with the treble peakers and/or treble bleeds if you have them. Double the value for more, half it for less.
