200-Yard Shot

Anyone hear about an autopsy? Ballistics report? Did they ever find the bullet that killed Charlie and match it to the gun? When you have a crime scene is it normal to destroy it and build over it days later?

Unless laws have been amended if a homicide was committed in said jurisdiction of county and state that body is supposed to remain in that jurisdiction for autopsy and investigation such as the JFK assassination where the government extracted the body under protest from the Dallas county coroner from Dallas via Air Force One.

Surely the government didn't violate the same jurisdictional laws again just like in 1963.

I imagine autopsy details will come out during the trial. I'm interested to know if there was an exit wound. A 30-06 to the neck would typically exit. But most hunters will tell you that bullets do weird things. Sometimes a bullet will hit bone and literally turn 90 degrees and travel somewhere totally surprising.

Shot seems easy enough, and everything they say happened "might" well have happened but as long as they only release 4 or 5 still shots and a bit of grainy video, nobody will ever know. Patel's FBI looks like a joke at the moment. Release all the footage you have so people can judge the accused movements for themselves... but instead, Patel sits there with that surprised look on his face all the time. Like he's hiding inside and can't believe he scored that gig.

According to most sources a Mauser 98 is not easy to break down and reassemble in the timeframes given after the shooting was done. You mean to say an inexperienced kid took the time to disassemble that rifle on the rooftop after pulling the trigger, stuffing it into a back pack because he isn't carrying a rifle on that rooftop footage and he jumped down then while escaping took the time to reassmbled the rifle wrap it a towel and leave it in the woods for the FBI to find..........that just doesn't make and logical sense.

I haven't seen the supposed pics but it supposedll shows a fully assemble rifle.

What investigation has been made into Trump's shooters??????? We don't hear much.

Listen, I love a good conspiracy and i am still on board BUT this guy has done more with a few videos than the FBI has managed to do with a whole organization. Watch this and his follow up video where he recreates the grainy footage and you will see it makes sense. Screwdriver was to assemble the rifle which he could do in under a minute looks like and then he used the towel to conceal it as he ran off and jumped off the roof. Once you see what to look for, you won't be able to unsee it. You see him walk towards the road still struggling with the rifle and towel to find an angle where it blends in more. This guy has also done vids showing how he stuffed the rifle down his sides and up under armpit. I'm telling you, it's fantastic info. all the FBI needs to do is release ALL the footage which for some reason? They aren't.... that is what fuels the conspiracy.

Now had the kid had a second screwdriver, he probably would have broken it down in the woods again and then walked to his car in diff clothes. It makes sense why he ditched it fully assembled. Again, how the FBI couldn't come up with that when a youtuber and others have? Who is running that place.... oh wait.. Patel.

THIS IS problematic though. No autopsy. Also for me, I suspect his lover doubled for him in same clothing the day of. Throw things off if ever they were prosecuted.
There's a lot of questionable things about the assassination.

How did the shooter get on the roof to begin with? Don't University buildings have keys or pass codes to get into buildings or on roofs? Anyone see him get on the roof to begin with?

I'm with you on Patel not being the best director. Granted he has a bunch of inside corruption and DEI hires to deal with, but so far I've found him to be more talk than action. I'll give him more time to find his footing and get things in order. But if we're at this time next year and he's still fumbling around I won't be as patient. At least we have Dan Bongino to pick up any slack. I find him to be a no nonsense, take no shit deputy director.

I can't speak for that particular college or how thing are now-a-days... When I was in college in the early-mid 2000's most building on campus were unlocked with most areas except for science labs easily accessible. Hell, I even knew the passcodes for all the areas that were supposed limited access as just a lowly student with no special allowances. So it's not implausible that he could get access to the roof.

Similar experience here but I never got onto a single roof. I think security would be better now than when we were in college too. I wonder if that specific school has codes, keys, etc.

We see the footage of him jumping off the roof. Where is the footage of him getting onto the roof?

Agreed.

I think people are just pointing out inconsistencies. Alot of people are pointing out why the surveillance video is edited just showing the shooter running when it looks like it would show him during the shot in shooting position then getting up to run but the footage appears to have been edited out.

That information is already out there.

The roof is publicly accessible via an external stairway. If you look on Google maps, you can see it. Just looks like a stairway right off the sidewalk. Lower right corner. Go up those stairs and then simply step over the small knee/waist-high barrier to the roof.

Fair, but there are also hundreds of cameras on that campus apparently. Clearly they've got him as he crosses various cameras so put it together and let's see it. Until we do, they aren't convincing everyone and there is doubt.

That information has already been released. Not all the security camera footage—they're probably holding a lot of it until trial. But the route he took and the timestamps have already been made available. He walked through a public pedestrian tunnel that ends about where that staircase is. He waited inside one of the buildings/vestibules near the staircase for a bit, went up the stairs, hopped the barrier to the roof, waited for a bit, got into position, took the the shot, then ran across the roof, dropped down, and across the grass.
