2001 Brubaker K-4 NC (Nashville Custom) in a beautiful green quilt top with gold hardware. I got this guitar in a trade and don't really play it much unfortunately. It comes with the hard case and original paperwork from Brubaker. It's currently strung with 11-52 NYXLs and the bridge is set up beautifully parallel to the body. The gold tremolo bar is included. Gold strap locks are included, though the hardware isn't as clean as it once was.
A mini toggle switch was added to the circuitry by a previous owner and an explanation was given in the description of a Reverb listing that I found of this guitar, but I couldn't get it to work as described; I simply ignore the mini toggle.

Explanation of the mini toggle switch:
Standard 5-way switching, and there is a small switch that disconnects the neck pickup from the tone pot. This allows you to set the tone back a bit for the bridge pickup while leaving the neck open.

The only imperfection I can find is a small chip missing near the middle pickup.

Guitar specs:
Serial# - 2001-33 (It was the 33rd instrument produced in 2001)
Body - Mahogany
Top - Quilted maple with routed chamber and Cats eye F hole
Neck - Hard maple
Fingerboard - Cocobolo rosewood, 22 frets
Scale length - 25 1/8"
Tuners - Sperzel locking
Bridge - Point Technologies "Point Classic" tremolo with rear mount tremolo spring system
Neck joint - Brubaker Bolt Thru
Pickups - Lindy Fralin Blues Set
Weight - 8.036 pounds
Hard case included

$1400 local in Chicago.
$1500 shipped.

That's a killer looking axe.

So, on the back side you show 4 neck bolts. Is the neck really that long into the body?
If so, betting that helps with sustain and tone.

I've only taken the back plate off to fiddle with the claw screws; I never removed the other bolts, but I think we can assume that yes, all four of those are holding the neck on. And you're definitely right about sustain on this guitar. It looks like he (Brubaker) does this with all of this guitars and basses.
