Week 3
Sun, Sep 27
KC @ PHI
CLE @ BAL
NYG @ TB
ATL @ NE (This one's gonna be interesting)
TEN @ NYJ (Titan's are a really good team! and Very desperate now)
GB @ STL
SF @ MIN (I like SF's Run Defense & Pass rush. They have the ability to pound the ball with Gore)
JAC @ HOU
WAS @ DET (That's right I said it)
CHI @ SEA
NO @ BUF
MIA @ SD (SD's Run defense sucks! And they're hurt, big time!)
DEN @ OAK (Raider Nation! Denver is 2-0 vs Ohio...Oakland can/will run!)
PIT @ CIN
IND @ ARI (This is gonna be a shootout!)
Mon, Sep 28
CAR @ DAL

If the Redskins don't put up a lot of points in the Lions they should just leave their QB in Detroit.

GO GIANTS

Wow, what a drive by Jet Favre. He still has it. Fuck the 49ers.

Lions pulled it off too. I knew they would beat the shitty Redskins. The Rams and Browns look to be competing for the first pick in the draft. I just hope the Rams take a QB like Jevan Snead or Sam Bradford.

The Buccaneers had 1 first down and 35 yards of offense against the Giants into the 4th quarter when they benched Leftwich   And the Giants defense has a lot of injuries. The Bucs are really bad.

Jets are 3-0. Sanchez looks good.

And the Yanks are once again AL East Champs. Order has been restored to the Universe...for now.

What are the Shehawks thinking with those neon green uniforms today? Those have to be the most hideous uniforms I've ever seen. :aww:

 How bout them Bungles.

They should be 3-0. They look good with a running game and Palmer back in at QB. It'll be interesting to see the Steelers play the Ravens this year, they look ridiculously tough.

I agree. It's a refreshing change to see CIN as a legitimate threat. Been about 2 decades.

PIT-BAL will be interesting. BAL plays NE next week which should also be a good matchup.

Green Bay/Minnesota will be an awesome game too. Can't wait to see that one.

Damm, Peyton is good. He's torching the Cards defense.

Gore is out so the Rams might actually have a chance...but I'm not gonna bet on any team led by Kyle Boller. :aww:

Seriously! I saw the tail end of that game and was wondering what the management was smoking when they came up with the idea for those uniforms  The majority of the throwback jerseys are pretty f'n ugly too, the Jets were wearing some awful unis too, although technically speaking they looked impressive :bleh:

Good week for me, only TEN/HOU/PIT let me down, and the raiders were crushed, which always makes happy....especially when it's Denver that does it :D

Anybody else have a kryptonite team when it comes to making weekly picks? Mine seem to be Houston and Jacksonville....they win when I expect them to lose and vice versa, it's kind of annoying....I've guessed every JAX game wrong so far

Do you remember the bet we made last year? You know, how you said the Rams would have a better record than the Giants this year. And without Burress, Eli is throwing the ball better than he ever has. He just has to work on throwing the ball in bad weather which he's not good at doing.

Saints versus Jets defense! Should be interesting.

Fair enough. I'm just glad I didn't get too cocky and bet all the Vikings fans around here :(

Seeing the 49ers go 2-0 a couple years ago then lose 8 in a row was a sobering experience. I'm hoping they get things back together against the Rams. They would have beat the fucking Vikings if they had Gore though

You can talk up Eli Manning all you want, I still don't think he's anything special. He shouldn't have a ring and he shouldn't be making more money than his infinitely superior brother either.

Man, Jake Delhomme is terrible. All he does is turn the ball over.

Another 12-4 week for me. Not too bad.

SHouldn't   Winning 4 playoff games on the road, knocking off the 13-3 Boys, 13-3 packers, and 16-0 Pats, and 2 HOFers in Brady and Favre has already gone down as one the greatest playoff runs ever.
