Way back (some 20 years ago) one of the first amps I purchased was a used Blockhead Custom 50.
When purchasing the amp, the seller offered me these Telefunken tubes as an upgrade (which I gladly paid for)
He told me they were tested out and were super quiet & strong
Shortly after receiving the amp, I quickly & regretfully sold it (at the time I was into high gain 80' shred & just didn't know any better)
I removed these tubes before shipping the amp out, and stored them in my parts closet.
I totally forgot I had these for all those years until I cleaned out the closed the other day.
I don't own a Tube Tester, but I tested these out last night in my vintage Marshall and the sound awesome.
If I didn't already have a small stash of NOS Mullard 12AX7's, I would for sure be using them in that amp.
