I'm not even sure if it is related to that but the 34 'felonies' IIRC were ALL record keeping ledgers for payments to Trump's lawyer team. I am assuming at any given time Trump is writing checks to his lawyers for all kinds of things. Anyway, there were 11 payments so they drummed up a felony charge for each of the 11 invoice entries, 11 payment entries and 12 confirmation entries or something like that. :dunno:
