5150 III Ivory is the Best Fender Revision

That is the OG 5153 100 Watt. I have the same one.

Oh man, with the graphic eq on the mark series amps I feel like you can have so much bass it will make a 4x12 speakers explode.

It can be a lot of bass, but it's not the kind of bass I am looking for.

Yeah, but even then Mark's still feel "small" to me... like a razor blade. They don't have that heft in the low end even with the EQ cranked, IMO. I stupidly sold my Peavey 5150 when I got my Mark IV years ago. I still have the IV, and love it, but am currently looking to add a 5150 back to the arsenal.

Yeah, pretty much this. Though I found the IV to have the most of that kind of low end vs other Marks. IV is such a great amp, but I still prefer the 5150 kinda thing.

This is what people refer to as the "ivory" version, just originally had a black headshell. They later released the ivory headshell, but it's the same amp.

I have this one, the 100S, and the 50 watt versions of both of those. I gave my son the 50s (he's 13), and he loves it. They're all really great and useful. I don't think you've be disappointed with this amp. The 100 watters sound amazing.

This was the ad I got my 6L6 50-watt/EVH 2x12 from-

I hit the guy up within about 5 minutes of it being listed, found out it wasn’t a mistake and met him when he was setting up for a gig where he told me to just give him $850 then tried helping me push the head/cab to my truck.

I should turn this thing on again, it’s been a while and I got a little jaded with the red channel while ignoring that Blue.
