5153 EL34 50w clip

i have to thank Tone Monster again for this amp, he sent it to me months ago for winning the metallica clip contest and i just havent been playing much lately, but im back now kicking ass. this is the 5153, my godin redline with a 81, 1960a and audix i5 mic. i did do the C137 mod on the blue channel, its blue channel gain maxed on the left and red with the gain about 9:30 on the left. no boost.

i noticed that myself and it was totally by accident, with my mesa 5 band in the loop and a little work i could probably get real close, not really what i was expecting from this amp but its cool the tones are in there.

nope, i am gonna experiment with some though with the blue channel, with emg's its perfect but with my passives its just a tad short gain wise for the amount of gain i like. the red channel though has silly amounts of gain, not sure you'd ever have to boost that channel
