I couldn't resist. I missed the glowing blue hue of my TriAmp. So I went to radio shack and picked up an LED light strip. I think it looks cool.

I have the LED strip screwed to the top of the headshell. From there, I ran a pair of wires out of the back grill at the top. I spliced in a quick connect fitting just outside of the back grill. This allows me to disconnect it when I take my rack off of the top of the head.

The black knobs are so I can easily identify the channel volumes while on a dark stage. I stole the idea from Gary Hoey.

could you snap a pic of how you hooked this up? id love to get some LEDs in mine if you dont mind me stealing the idea, haha. always wanted purple LEDs in my peavey 5150s but never knew how it was done.

Here is a pic of the wiring coming out of the back of the amp. I haven't taped it up yet to make it look neat. I'll be doing that in just a bit, getting it ready for tonight's gig.
The LED strip has notches on either side where you can use screws to attach it. I used a staple gun to keep the wire pinned to the top of the head shell as I routed it out of the back.
I'll snap a picture of it tonight on stage.
