congrats! My Einstein just came with a power cable and footswitches, but it was very well packed. This was in 2006 though, maybe things are different now. Manual should be on the Diezel site

why would you want a dust cover? at 180W, it will never collect any dust
if you want a foot switch, get a midi controller (so easy to use). I got a Tech 21 Midi Moose ($179) and it does the job perfectly. Other great options are a Voodoo Labs Ground Control ($400) or the Diezel Columbus ($600).

I advice you to keep the whole shipment package,is a simply way to move the amp is you don't have a hardcase.
