I’m cool with him pardoning Leonard Peltier.

I'm not personally familiar in any depth with the case, but if his conviction was based off of the FBI's testimony and evidence, that's not really a good place to start, imo, given their history and levels they will go to in order to get what they want.

Well in a nutshell he defended himself against someone trying to murder him who happened to be a FBI agent. Ruby Ridge only years earlier and on sovereign Indian land.

I have to agree. He should've gotten pardoned many decades ago. The government protects their own so it hasn't happened. I don't think Trump will do it either, just m gut instinct.

Well Trump didn't the first time. It's one of very few things Biden did that I appreciate though.
