Has it been abused by practitioners? yes.
Is Religion now defunct and not required? no.

Yeah, my boss is quite the avid Baptist and asked me to go to a service with her sometime. She’s the one person I’ll go with because she walks the walk and proves it regularly in her actions and words. Never heard a word of hate come out of that woman’s mouth. One of my employees is also very religious but tends to judge and condemn others frequently, the three of us were walking the property one day and he said something that rubbed her the wrong way, she stood in front of him and simply said “It’s not our job to judge, that’s His job, unless you think you can do it better than him”

It was a cool moment because I saw how much it impacted him to have it put to him that way.

While I may seem like I rail against religion here, I have no problems with religions themselves, just the people that claim to follow them. There’s a ton of amazing information to be found within many of them, the people just ruin it.

it's common in many cities, most are demoncrat run. doesn't mean there aren't exceptions.

lack of mental health care and drug treatment programs; that doesn't mean people should be allowed to do whatever they want.
