to start, it's been 3,248 days since i last visited rig talk

and i'll start back with a very special new amp day

a splawn nitro appears!

but wait, someone wrote something on it?

why would someone grafitti my new amp?

this amp absolutely rips in so many ways. it's also been heavily used, but not abused. the power tubes are clearly starting to go, so i've got a new set of gold lion KT88s for it to clean it up.

I just realized KSE appears to have had 3 different Splawns in there aresenal at one point or another.

The pic with Joel (Scorpions shirt) appears to be different. Silver face with chicken head knobs.

The last pic appears to be a single channel - so Pro Mod or Competition.

But the 2 channel Nitro in the plexi face (the one you have) I'm guessing was Adam's Nitro.

How did you procure that?

I won't say who i got the amp from. I can only say that source is... reliable... as far as provenance is concerned.
