Buying a new guitar in 2025?

Turns out it's going to be the guitar I die with, I've since learned that cancer has caught up with me. I'll be unloading the majority of my gear if anyone in the San Diego area is interested.

I think I want an SG USA Gibson. The older I get, the more I realize that I want a Noah's Arc guitar collection. One ( or two! diff colors) of each type. You know.. the staples. V, LP,Strat,Charvel,Explorer, SG etc.

Aww man, noooo! My wife works at City of Hope. I hear about amazing recoveries all the the time. Any chance you can give them a shot?

I've already done 2 surgeries and 6 months of chemo, but it's stage IV with distant metastasis so I'm cooked. I've come to terms with it, retired early (54 yo) to relax and try to get things in order with the time I have left (likely less than a year).

Not to be divisive or disrespectful at all, have you tried fenbendazole and some of the other treatments? I have no idea of that stuff works, but there are a lot of interesting testimonials if you start searching.

I would throw everything at it, regardless of what the hell it is. Best wishes of of course.
