AC15? Effects loop question

Hi. So I've made up my mind to upgrade to an all tube amp, and after trying a lot of amps at Guitar Center I'm sure set on VoxAC15. The 30w sounds awesome too but I don't need a 2x12 right now. I'm in the worship band at my church and our building isn't that big.

I noticed the 15 lacks an effects loop, which kinda bothered me because I run a volume pedal, chorus, delay and reverb into my current amp's loop. I'll be using drive pedals to push the amp in stages, am I gonna have any problem running my fx loop pedals in line with my front of amp gear? Like my delay - is there gonna be a noticeable way it works ? Thanks for any input!

If you run the the amp as a single channel amp you should be ok with most effects. The only one I would be iffy on is the reverb. I tried to run a reverb pedal in front of my mini rectifier head and while it was ok on the clean channel it would go haywire on the dirty channel. Once I put it in the loop it worked just fine.

Can you take your pedals to GC and try your setup before you buy?

Edit: just looked up the amp and it has reverb built in. I would go that route if you can't tame your reverb up front.

I wonder if there is enough room to add an effects loop. The popular mod shops could probably. Maybe just add a passive loop and use a Dumble-ator type gadget. Or buy two Ac15's and run a wet/dry slave rig.
