Based on the 63 seconds of the video that I made it through, I'd consider leaving if I was part of that, too :D

He's back in rehab for the millionth time. I spent a little time with him when he was playing a gig in my area shortly after he was on celebrity rehab. He was drinking & asking people for drugs from the time I saw him until he left. Chip Z'Nuff was in his band & he is the biggest scum bag on earth & probably a worse druggie than Steven. Not the kind of guy you want in your band if you're trying to stay sober. The other guys in his band were really nice guys though.

That's a shame, I quite liked the Adler album, had it on my Spotify for a while. I think he's one of those guys, sadly, that will never get clean. Amazing feel to his playing, I'd be in his band haha!

It is sad, once you reach a certain age (usually 30) and your still doing drugs like that it is very difficult to get clean. Not impossible but the odds are against you. Chips enuff is a big drug user, ruined his career... he and his brother were very good song writers.

Steve's suffered head injury and a stroke, he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer these days.

I always thought he had the hardest hitting snare of any drummer I've ever seen.

Can't see the vid, but the latest album "Back from the dead" is pretty damn good front to back. doesn't sound dated like you would think it might. Jacob Bunton wrote most of the material and did almost all the guitar work. He's a killer musician. They started to tour but I think Adler imploded. Lonnie paul was the other guitar player. I don't think either of those guys do drugs.

That singer looks a lot like the guitarist/vocalist from a local Birmingham band. I can't remember if that's him, but if it is, that guy can shred.

Yes, he is also in the band Lynam. Great band.

Sad but let's be honest, Adler never had a chance.. for 1. he seems like he still has the mind of a child, 2. surrounds himself with people that will enable his failure, 3. Too many years in to deep and a personality that cannot fight the urge. Ya gotta feel for the guy because it would be a great story if he could sober up but sadly, he will likely OD within the next 5 years. I'll always love Appetite though and especially his drumming. Someone said it best here, his feel was where it was at. GnR weren't the same without him back there loosening it up.

He is from Birmingham. As I said, it's Jacob Bunton. And, he's just a great all around musician.....and songwriter too.
