good quality demo of the Lapointe Starsonic, the solid state amp I spoke earlier

A well done demo who highlight the amp behaviour and tones..

He said the amp is miced with a sm58 on a 2x12 w/greenbacks.. He used a boost sometimes, it's written on the screen

What I hear from this demo is 100% like what mine is sounding...
No post production magic happening.

I was wondering if someone could produce something that sounded like the old Mosfets like the Randalls and Marshall mosfet amps but with new production electronics..........

This amp sound interesting..........I'm still curious if it has a Class A/B output section or Class D. I haven't heard anything class D that punches like Class A/B to behonest.

Thanks for posting that interview, I found it interesting.

Maybe he will make a modded JCM800 or Modded Jose like the old Randall's were in the future with his proprietary tech.
