Aging my own parts for a project

I'd def want at least one vol one tone so you can alternate between high tide and low tide tones. You need shells with set screws in em that you can use for the control knobs. I think it'll make for better note surfing.
To be honest, the sets I get from planet Tone are pretty darn dynamic, and I really use picking to control volume. I have a set coming for these with a brass cover I will try to age. I generally would have at least a volume and a 3 way, i can always roll down on vol if a sweeter sound is needed, but I am trying to think of ideas to only have one knob on the top. Maybe hidden switches elsewhere or roller pots. Hm.....

I could do a pot that is volume and neck pickup and then pull it to make it straight bridge to output like a blower switch to change pickups and still have a volume control for the neck. Just one of many weird ways this guitar will possibly be wired up.

You could do a concentric pot, just an idea that popped into my brain. That's what I did on my Viper to get vol/tone vol/tone out of two holes since the control cavity was just too tight. Anyways, however you slice it that thing should turn out killer!!!

I am just trying to figure out the 'blend' portion or switching between pickups. Concentric may be able to achieve a pickup blend and a volume pot. I need to get to studying up!

Now you're getting into bass wiring schematics. I don't know why the pickup blend isn't used in guitar like it is on bass. I would do a volume and a blend and call it. Blend pots are cool because of how you can mix the pickups. Then again, you can just do a stacked concentric pot and do something similar.

The blend or rotary is what I am thinking of doing at this point. I found a post online that lays out pretty much exactly what I want to do, which is turn it even more into a 3 way by essentially turning them both into 'no loads' at one end of the spectrum, meaning true neck, middle blend, bridge.

The pot is only a few dollars so at least worth a try!

Here are some other parts that just arrived!! Here they are as they come. I will post aged updates later.
