Sort of. Its a cross between the Shiva and XTC in the softness and gooey dept.

I liked that, a lot! I`m thinking I`ve gotta get myself a prewired Bare Knuckle pickguard with some Irish tours or something in 09.. I`m digging the sound of single coils more and more lately.

Son of a bitch, that sounded DEAD on. SRV is one of my favorite guitar players ever. I'd KILL to have that clean tone.

Note that he is using Texas Special pickups, VERY similar to what Stevie used. That's a big contributor to this guy getting that sound.
