Amazon Prime/items delivered in more than 2 days

What's the point of paying for Prime and ordering things that are qualified for Prime shipping, if they're going to take more than 2 days to deliver? I understand they may be busy, but shouldn't you be reimbursed some money if you pay for Prime but they dont deliver in 2 days? More like 5 days...

Every once in a while they take longer to get something to me. It's irritating, but the convenience for the most part is nice.
