Amp rig for DLR tour 2025

Looks like you are plugged into the top right input on one of the SL amps. Interesting. Can you talk about your approach on that, given the bassy nature of that input? Nice rig and thanks for posting it.

Stradazone very nice rig, quick question have you ever ask DLR about Jose Arrendondo and Edward’s Marshall’s

Killer!! Are the Superleads vintage or reissues? The top one has the third polarity switch like mine — so it looks like ‘67-‘69 ish, I’d guess

That is such a smoking rig. I can imagine how glorious it is standing in front of that
One is a 69, the middle one is mid 90's, not sure on the other
Hey Al!

Are the Superleads on variacs with underbias for brown sound? Are you using 6CA7’s? Kind of rad to have Friedman style 4x12’s on bottom and EVH up top. I bet that rig satisfies like nothing else! So great to see the great spirit of Rig-Talk express: a rig fit for DLR is what I’m talking about! Haha!

That is the one Suhr did, both inputs are wired together in that bass side input

No, what worked for Ed may not work for you or me, I just trust my ears to get the tone I need

That's legit! A resistor padded direct signal from the speaker output of the Supers provides a ton of articulation (muting everything over 8kHz) and is part of the secret. I'm sure your tech has it going out to the house. Such a rad gig, thanks for sharing your experience with Rig-Talk!
