An Atheist, a Evangelical, and a Flat Earther

Just a hunch

Trump also fooled a lot of people into thinking he’s “anti establishment” and works outside the system and that is pungent chum for a flat earther
I'm actually thinking that most flat earthers would be beyond the two-party binary trap, thinking some political guy is going to be their savior. Could be wrong. I can more easily see a christian overlap, as many Christians already have a vastly different worldview.

It's no secret the far right is the base camp for conspiratards. MAGA is hanging out in that same camp.

Anyone who subscribes to:
Moon landing hoax
911 Truther shit
Vax Depopulation bullshit
Biden Stole the election
Flat Earth
Reptilian Lizard People
Michelle Obama is a man
Chem trails
Pizza gate
Anything Child Eating Adrenochrome whatever the fuck
Anything QAnon

I'm sure I missed a bunch.

Now pay attention to this. I've heard conspiracy people use Faulty Generalization a lot. This a fallacy where a person (or group) will validate, or invalidate something based on one, or a few instances.

Example "Julius Caesar live to 55, yet it's claimed people did not live past 40" Conspiracy people will take that as proof using Faulty Generalization.

The reality is you cannot take 1, or just a few examples. The age 40 life expectancy IS AVERAGE LIFE EXPECTANCY, meaning some some people did live past 40, and some died before 40, but if you take the AVG of the SUM it's 40.

I don't think most of those are exclusively right wing "Conspiracies." Some of those are so blatantly and obviously true that I think people that reject them are way dumber than those who believe the more fantastical conspiracy theories.

And on the left, we have these gems, among others:

Russia Conspiracy with Trump
Putin Conspiracy to conqueror Europe
White Supremacy Nazi takeover conspiracy
Climate Apocalypse
Virus Apocalypse
Transgender biology "Science"
Systemic racism conspiracy
Trump dictator conspiracy
January 6 "Insurrection" conspiracy
...

Can we go back to the jokes

The atheist orders a beer, the evangelical a wine and the flat earther actually never left his house because he was home doing his own research on twitter
That's cute, but I respect people that at least try to understand things themselves more than those who just repeat what they're told.

The implication of those that suggest one should not do their own research is that they are stupid. The experts love this of course but the average joe's that further the message also happen to implicate themselves. These average joes are usually low level professional class — especially teacher types, first generation college grads, and other credentialed mediocres but they still fancy themselves part of the expert elite.

Fucking alligators ate my dentist again

That's the third one this year

an atheist democrat walks into a bar, bartender says 'what are you having,' atheist democrat says 'an alcoholic beverage lol i'm gonna go to hell high five'

bartender then proceeds to fuck himself with a sports car it was really quite impressive

Next you'll be arguing that the diesel fuel guzzling trucks, tractors and farms should just be outlawed due to Co2 and methane emissions because we don't need farms since food is already in the stores.....................

Why do you assume they are biased? And that you're not?
No one has ever gone out looking to learn about the world around them and came back thinking it was flat.
They pick up of that idea somewhere else and look for things that reinforce it. The only time you will find information about the world being flat, is if you ask "is the world flat"?
If you ask "why do we have day and night" or "why do we have seasons" or "how does GPS work" or basically any question about why things are they are, the answer will never have to do with the earth being flat. never. you have to go looking for it
