I sent my amp in when I first got it for tube related warranty work to Diezel USA (Terry) when I first got it(JJ power tube blew). Well, long story short, got it back without any tube clamps because we had agreed on putting 6550's in it. He was out of the 6550 tube retainers at the time so I said, cool, send it without the retainers and I'll wait for you to get them or maybe just buy some. I ended up not liking the 6550 so I asked if he could send my EL34 clamps back to me instead. Well, after asking several times, weeks apart each time mind you, I never got them back and he was axed from his position before I could ask again. I honestly forgot about the darn things until I started to clean my amp and noticed they were still gone. I e-mailed Diezel and got an e-mail almost immediately from Peter Stapfer. I explained what happened and he said he'd have Peter send me some clamps out. Well I got them so fast I think the envelope had burn marks on it :lol: :LOL: . Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH DIEZEL AND CO., YOU GUYS :rock:

Maybe its another thanks-thread, but rightly ;-)

The most problem-topics here are caused by tubes, which is not peters fold.
So in my opinion it is only fair if he gets some respect for his awesome customer sevice :thumbsup:

Mailed him once at the weekend, I think saturday evening and he replied sunday (!!!) morning.
Which other company replies on sunday mornings to a small customer?

There has not been ANYTHING that I've bought with the same customer service, not to mention the quality of the product.

You cannot make an idea about it until you experience it.. :thumbsup:
 
Peter sent me an LED for my amp in record time. 100 percent customer satisfaction every time! :rock:
 
I agree, Peter and his team is awesome! Just got my updated VH4 (2005) back :rock: Now just wait few more days for Diezel front loaded cab (V30's). It is coming anyday now...
 
recently i emailed peter due to my broken fswitch

ONE DAY and the new one was here.

ONE DAY people.

now THAT is customer support.
