Ya it’s not normal. Is it new or used ? I missed that part

Thanks for replying. Maybe its related to the year of manufacture. If its wrong it a warranty issue so, well see.

Probably normal. My former VH4 from 2004 did this and my current VH4 from 2018 does it too. My Herbert Mk1 hums even a little bit louder. It is just a power transformer vibrations. Check if all screws of the transformer are tight. And maybe check the wall voltage. Where are you located? Are you sure that you have the correct voltage version?
